Katrin Jurati paints large scale conceptual works on draped silk, exhibiting nationally and internationally for over 20 years, showing at Creative Time in NY, Spruth Magers, London, Laguna Art Museum, and LACE.  Half Persian, born in the Black Forest, her roots are nomadic with fantastical folk tale, immersed in generations of woven textile. Très Chic necklaces and bracelets are minimal, hand rolled and sewn soft silk cord in tonal/atonal color bands, dye painted and permanent.
