Working thru obsolete tools to reach back in time and pluck out the essence of groove, Ras G's music is rich with space-funktified rhythms, fog horns, natty chattin, subterranean bass lines, colossal percussion and glorious highs.
Ras G has been a fixture on the underground hiphop scene in Los Angeles since the early 90s. He is a proud South Central LA resident. Ras along with Black Monk and Ron Stivers are the founders of the Poo-Bah Label.

The summer before i started jr high school The Autobiography of Malcom X was the first book i EVER picked up and really sat and read on my own(shout out to my older cousin marz dynamic for leaving it at my grams house).yea i seen him on t-shirts,bdp videos etc. before i read the book…but i had to know who he was…and in doing that it really really changed my thinking and being….thank u Grand Master Tehuti El Hajj Malik Shabazz (Malcom X)

Yoga is the practice of binding individual consciousness with universal consciousness. This individual reality that you are experiencing is actually only a small reflection of your true nature and yoga is the practice of how to achieve the knowledge of one’s abiding and immortal aspect.
In the Kemetic teachings this process of yoga is called Smai Tawi which means UNION OF THE TWO LANDS, not to be confused with physical land masses, but is an explanation of the higher and lower nature within the human entity.
